Extrusion Workshop

There are 16 full-automatic extrusion, over a hundred sets of molds. We can produce 10 tons per day and ensure timely delivery. No matter which corner of the earth you are in, we ensure that the materials will be delivered to your factory within 7 weeks

Paint Workshop

We have 2 full-automatic spray painting machines, and water-based paint meets the European and American SGS standards. The unique infrared oven will make the surface of the profile smoother. After completing the painting baking, we will let the profile stand at a constant temperature for 24 hours to thoroughly dry the surface.

Finished Product Workshop

There are 4 assembly lines that can complete orders of 300 square meters everyday, and can independently complete irregular shutters of all shapes such as sliding and bi-fold , arch , circle and so on. Every shutters through strict QC inspection,with 100% quality assurance. We use carton boxes, bubble columns , wool and corner protectors for packing to ensure that the products are not damaged during transportation.
